Ann Shaw D.Thd.DNMed.TASK.M.BANT

Ann Shaw suffered with multiple allergies in the 1970's, at a time when allergies were rarely acknowledged.
She discovered that her symptoms arose from eating everyday foods and slowly began treating herself through knowledge gained by studying numerous health books.
Impressed with her improvement after treatment by a nutritionist, over 20 years ago, she went on to study nutritional medicine and qualified in 1992, following a two year course at St. Bartholomews Hospital.
She has successfully treated thousands of patients with a wide variety of health problems and is a professional member of The British Association of Nutritional Therapists B.A.N.T. and The Society for the Promotion of Nutritional Therapies S.P.N.T. governing bodies.
She has been particularly successful in treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), bowel problems, chronic fatigue and candida.
She is also a Foresight counsellor (association for the promotion of pre-conceptual care and fertility) and area representative for The Joint Educational Trust, helping children from traumatised backgrounds.
