If you are struggling with chronic fatigue, low energy, or feeling constantly exhausted, you are most certainly not the only one. Many people are told to “rest more” or “reduce stress,” yet continue to feel drained, foggy and unable to function at their best.
I support clients with chronic fatigue, burnout and low energy in Surbiton, Esher, Wimbledon and across Surrey & London as well as online consultations throughout the UK.
As a Nutritional Therapist in Surrey specialising in fatigue, gut health and hormonal balance, I help identify the root causes of low energy so you can restore your vitality naturally.
Common Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue & Burnout
- Persistent tiredness (even after sleep)
- Brain fog and poor concentration
- Low mood or anxiety
- Sleep disturbances or insomnia
- Hormonal imbalances
- Digestive issues (bloating, IBS, reflux)
- Sugar cravings and energy crashes
- Feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope
Why You Feel So Exhausted
Chronic fatigue is rarely just about being “busy” – it is usually a sign that something deeper in the body is out of balance. Common root causes include:
- Chronic stress and adrenal dysfunction
- Blood sugar imbalances
- Nutrient deficiencies (B vitamins, magnesium, iron, zinc)
- Gut health issues and poor nutrient absorption
- Hormonal imbalances (thyroid, cortisol, menopause)
- Inflammation and immune dysfunction
The Stress–Energy Connection – Long-term stress places a significant burden on the body.
Over time this can:
- Disrupt cortisol (your stress hormone)
- Affect thyroid function
- Deplete essential nutrients
- Impact digestion and gut health
This is why many people with fatigue also experience symptoms like IBS, anxiety, hormonal issues or skin problems.
A Real-Life Pattern I Often See
Many clients come to me feeling completely exhausted after months or years of pushing through stress, poor sleep, and unresolved health issues.
They may have tried:
- Eating “healthily”
- Taking supplements
- Cutting out certain foods
But without identifying the root cause, symptoms often persist.

Nutritional Therapy for Chronic Fatigue in Surrey & Online
I support clients with chronic fatigue, burnout and low energy in Surbiton, Esher, Wimbledon and across Surrey & London as well as online consultations throughout the UK.
A Case Study Success:
One case that stands out to me is that of a woman in her 20s who had been diagnosed with M.E. and was unable to continue working. During our consultation, we explored the possibility of dysbiosis, as her diet was very high in sugar and carbohydrates.
Her test result came back at 150, where the normal reference range is between 0–10. With this insight, she committed to dietary changes aimed at reducing sugar and supporting her gut health. Within a short time, she began feeling more energetic. On re-testing, her dysbiosis level had dropped to 15. Shortly after, she was offered a job abroad – an opportunity she felt confident accepting now that her vitality had returned.
If you are feeling exhausted and not like yourself, there is a reason – and there is a way forward.
