FERTILITY & PRECONCEPTION – NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST SURREY

Fertility & Preconception: Supporting Your Body Naturally

If you are trying to conceive and not getting the results you hoped for, you are not the only one. Many couples experience challenges with fertility, often without clear answers.

As a Nutritional Therapist in Surrey specialising in gut health, hormones and fertility, I support you with fertility issues, recurrent miscarriages and preparing your body for a healthy pregnancy. I trained with Foresight Preconception Care For Healthy Babies and have had enormous success with couples diagnosed with ‘unexplained infertility.’

I work with clients with fertility issues, recurrent miscarriages and preconception care  in Surbiton, Esher, Wimbledon and across Surrey  & London, as well as online consultations across the UK.

Understanding Fertility

Fertility is influenced by many factors, including:

  • hormone balance
  • nutrient status
  • gut health
  • stress levels
  • lifestyle and environmental exposures

Even when test results appear “normal” underlying imbalances can still affect your ability to conceive, as well as other factors we would explore.

Common Factors That Can Affect Fertility

These may include:

The Gut–Hormone–Fertility Connection

Gut health plays a key role in hormone balance and overall reproductive health.

An imbalanced gut microbiome can:

  • affect oestrogen metabolism
  • contribute to inflammation
  • impact nutrient absorption

How Nutritional Therapy Can Support Fertility

A personalised approach can help to:

  • support hormone balance
  • improve nutrient status
  • stabilise blood sugar levels
  • reduce inflammation
  • support gut health
  • prepare the body for conception

Every plan is tailored to your individual health history and needs.

Supporting Both Partners

Fertility is not just about female health. Supporting male health is equally important, including:

  • sperm quality
  • nutrient status
  • lifestyle factors

A Personal Approach

I understand how emotional and frustrating fertility challenges can feel. My role is to support you with clear guidance, compassion and a structured plan, so you feel more in control of your health and your journey.

My Own Experience

I worked with Foresight Preconceptual Care Organisation for many years who referred their patients with fertility issues to me. Ensuring their vitamin/mineral levels were at the correct levels was essential.

My own experience with our second child taught me the importance of preconceptual care having suffered a miscarriage beforehand. I made sure I ate nourishing food every day, avoided allergenic foods, and took the right supplements for 4 months before conception.

Our son was so contented and alert, very healthy weight and hardly cried at all as a baby. I breast-fed him for one year and he slept through the night without any problems. To this day as an adult, I don’t think he has had any medications prescribed, even antibiotics. It really paid off.

Client Success Stories
