QUICK FISH PIE

Ingredients:

Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins D, B2, calcium, iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium potassium and phosphorus. Potatoes contain more potassium than bananas and are a good source of vitamin B6, fibre, magnesium and antioxidants.

• 450g fish pie mix
• 5g dill, chopped
• 5g flat leaf parsley, chopped
• 400g creme fraiche/single cream
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
• 200g breadcrumbs
• salt and pepper

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
2. Mix the fish, mustard, parsley, dill, creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice together in a pie dish. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are crispy and the fish is cooked through.
